Scope and terms
The target start of handling your request during Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Europe/Kyiv, excluding Ukrainian public holidays. It is not a repair or arrival deadline. Contractual SLA is agreed separately.
Plan-specific maintenance and a pooled helpdesk allowance of 15, 30 or 45 minutes per workstation monthly. Scheduled maintenance is outside this allowance. Unused minutes do not roll over. Servers and licences are separate.
Complete includes one planned visit of up to 2 hours per month within Kyiv, including travel. Other plans charge 855 ₴/h on site plus 234 ₴ per Kyiv visit for travel. Specialist work uses its own rate.
₴2500/month per server OS: monitoring, monthly updates, backup checks and up to 1 h of work. BAS/1C and SQL add ₴1000, for a total of ₴3500/month including the server and up to 1.5 h of work in total. Each server is billed once. Licences, compute and storage are excluded.
Licences, hardware, cloud resources and storage are charged separately.
Office networks and Wi-Fi: Starting scope: 1 router and up to 2 access points on existing cabling. Equipment, cables and construction are separate.
Business cybersecurity: From 3510 ₴for up to 5 workstations and 1 gateway. Licences separate. DLP, SIEM, penetration testing and extensive audits are individually scoped.
Business cloud services: From 10000 ₴for one OS and remote access for up to 5 users. Cloud, licences and storage separate. Migration scoped by volume.
Office IT relocation in Kyiv: From 6840 ₴for up to 10 desks with a ready network. Property transport, materials, new cabling and construction excluded.
Web development and integrations: Business website from 36000 ₴: up to 5 main pages, one language, a form and basic SEO. Extra languages, licences, hosting and complex integrations separate.
IT infrastructure audit: From 5850 ₴for one office with up to 10 workstations, network review and a report. In-depth security testing and complex systems separate.
